Yes— it works just like AirPods! 

The Ion Pro has four microphones on each hearing aid. It can be seen encircled red on the picture below: 

Having these many microphones ensures that you are heard when on a phone call, and it also enables the Multidirectional Sound Technology feature which enhances how well the user perceives the direction of sounds within their environment. 

Other things you can do while on a phone call

To answer a phone call via your Ion Pro, simply press the button on the hearing aid once. You may also control other functions with the same button. Here are a few other things you can do while on a phone call:
