All orders come with small, medium, and large sizes of our medical-grade silicon ear domes. Each of these three sizes comes with three styles that vary in thickness and ventilation. We highly recommend using the largest size that fits comfortably in your ear canal. You want the ear domes to be flush with your ear canal to prevent your ear canal from putting pressure on the hearing aid's receiver. Using the largest comfortable size will prevent feedback/squealing.
