How to charge the Atom Series?Updated a month ago

To charge your Atom Hearing Aids, all you need to do is follow the steps below or watch this video.  

First, make sure your hearing aid is turned off. They won't charge if the power is on. 


Then, connect the USB side to the charging cube and the lightning cable side to the charging dock.

 Plug the cube into an outlet, and watch for a blue light closest to where the lightning cable connects to the dock. This blue light means the dock is powered and ready to go.  

Now, if you look inside the charging dock, you'll see a hollow section where the removal wire will go when the device is inserted. 


Lower the device into the dock with the removal wire going into the hollow section. The device will magnetically click into place, and you'll see a red light indicating that it's charging. 


Once charging is complete, the red light will turn green. Make sure to turn on your device before using them. 

It usually takes between 4-6 hours for the hearing aids to charge fully, and a full charge should last around 20 hours.
