How to charge the ION?Updated 2 months ago

To charge your new ION BTE hearing aids, start by ensuring that your portable charging case is fully charged. Simply plug the USB-C cable into the charging port and connect the charging adapter to an outlet. If this is the first time you're charging the case, or if it's completely dead, it is recommended to charge for at least 3 hours or until the charging indicator light is solid green. 

Next, slide the power button up to power off the unit and insert the hearing aids into the appropriate charging ports, marked with L and R. If you haven't already, remove the small clear sticker at the bottom of each device before charging. 

The left and right indicator lights will flash for 8 seconds when the aids are receiving a charge, and then turn solid green once the hearing aids are completely charged. Refer to the included images for a visual guide to the charging indicator lights.
