What is the Audien Hearing Protection Plan?Updated a month ago

Audien Hearing's protection plan policy remains in effect as long as the customer is actively subscribed to and paying the $4/month fee for the protection plan. The plan provides the following coverage:

• If hearing aids are determined to be defective, the customer will receive a free replacement.
• If the hearing aids are lost, broken, or water-damaged, the customer can purchase a new pair at the exclusive protection plan member price:
  • Atom: $24
  • Atom Pro: $34
  • Atom 2: $39
  • Atom Pro 2: $49

The Ion series protection plan differs from the Atom series. It requires a one-time payment of $39 for one year of coverage. With this plan:

• A replacement Ion hearing aid has a deductible of $89.
• A replacement Ion Pro hearing aid has a deductible of $129.

Return labels are sent via email and can only be received electronically. Physical return labels will not be mailed. If the customer does not have email access, they are responsible for shipping the unit back to Audien headquarters.

If the product is returned new and unopened within 45 days of the customer receiving their package, a full refund for the warranty purchase will be issued.

If the customer uses their hearing aids and keeps the product for longer than 45 days, the warranty will be considered used, and the initial charge will be non-refundable. In this case, Audien Hearing will cancel the warranty, and the customer will no longer be billed for any additional automatic payments.

This policy can be canceled at any time by contacting the customer service team by clicking here. Once the policy is canceled, all protection plan coverage stops immediately.
