The Ion Pro works with many phones. 

To ensure the smoothest operation, however, we recommend using a smartphone with the following operating system specifications:

1. iPhone 11 - 15 (iOS 13+)

2. Samsung Galaxy S20 - S24

3. Any other Android device that is updated to Android Version 13+

What if I don't have any of these smartphones?

That's okay! The app will still work but if you run into any challenges, you can easily contact Support with a tap of a button within your app:
