We offer a 45-day return policy from the day you receive your order. If you'd like to return your device, just request a return within the 45-day window, and we’ll provide a prepaid return label via email. The return package must be accepted by the post office by the 45th day to qualify for a refund. Returns sent after this period won’t be eligible.
Once we receive your package, refunds are processed within 3 business days, and it typically takes 3-5 business days for the funds to reach your account.
Important Notes:
Return labels are sent via email only. If you don’t have an email, you’ll need to cover return shipping.
If using your own shipping label, the package must arrive at our warehouse by the 45th day to qualify.
Free Upgrades: You must return both the original product and upgrade within 45 days of your first order.
Paid Upgrades: Your 45-day period resets from the day you receive the upgraded unit.
Refund Eligibility: Items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included. Missing or damaged items won’t qualify.
Missing Order Info: Returns without an order number may take up to 21 business days to process. If both name and order number are missing, processing delays may also apply.
Non-Refundable Returns: If you’re not eligible for a refund but sent your unit back, you may request its return within 10 business days (a $5 shipping fee applies).
Gift Card Purchases: Refunds can only be issued to the original Visa/Mastercard gift card used—please keep it!
